La Martina’s first Store, “La Casona”, opened in Buenos Aires in 1985. The first Store, located in Buenos Aires, introduced to the world the concept of an original, classic, polo style: “La Martina”.
The brand has expanded since then, opening other stores in cultural and fashionable cities such as London, Paris, Milan, etc.
The Space
The interior design of La Casona in Buenos Aires epitomises the brand's artisanal approach an cosmopolitan aesthetic. Vintage tables covered with piles of shirts, trophies, helmets and boots are strategically placed throughout the space. On the walls, there are photos of horses and polo champions, captured during the exclusive tournaments that La Martina is proud to sponsor and promote. Certain special historic polo shirts are framed and accompanied by photos of the players who wore them; boots and saddles are stamped with the wording 'propiedad de La Martina'.
